Jesus ~ Conceived in Love

As we begin Advent, I am pondering the truth that Jesus was conceived in love, God's love, just as we were. He went through the beginning stages just like all babies. Jesus was with God in the beginning. And He knew us from the beginning. Beginnings in the womb are sacred.

Father God, teach us to treasure life, the life You give. Open our eyes and our ears to know the truth of Christmas, that God took on flesh and became just like us, so we could find our way back into relationship with You.
